

ABOUT THE FIJI
Fiji is located in the center of the South Pacific. The total land area has over 18,000 square kilometers. It has total 332 islands and most of the islands are volcanic islands which are surrounded by coral reefs. The main islands in Fiji are Viti Levu Island and Wa Lua Island.
With the tropical climate, the average annual temperature is 22 ~ 30℃. Due to the geographical location, Fiji becomes very important in term of political and economic transportation hub in the South Pacific region. The population of Fiji is about 890,000, of which 51 % were Fijians, 44% of Indian tribe. The official language in Fiji is English, Fijian and Hindi which English is widely spoken. In Fiji, about 53% of people are Christian, 38% Hindu, 8% of people believe in Islam.

Fiji has abundant natural recourses, such as offshore coral, fish variety, marine resources and minerals.
